DNA TRiM offers the highest quality of learning and teaching. Our facilitators and instructors all have extensive experience of supporting many individuals through real world application of the TRiM methodology and of managing significant organisational wide TRiM responses.
In addition, they are experienced facilitators and instructors with formal teaching qualifications. These personal qualities, supported by our high quality learning and teaching resources, allow for the creation of psychological safe learning environments, which are supplemented with a blended learning approach that including presentations, directed learning activities. case studies and action learning groups.
We also encourage our team to develop their own professional knowledge and skills. We currently have two members of our DNA TRiM Learning and Teaching team engaged in PhD and Professional Doctorate research into both TRiM and Resilience in Organisations.
In some sectors, there is a benefit to delegates attending accredited courses. This can be complex as different sectors have very different requirements and even within a sector there can be a variety of accrediting organisations.
There are over 1000 institutes and professional bodies in the UK alone. We have a track record of gaining Accreditation and CPD points from a range of bodies including the Royal Colleges of Physicians and Royal College of Nursing and Pearson Assured Centre Status.
