DNA TRiM offers the highest quality of learning and teaching. Our facilitators and instructors all have extensive experience of supporting many individuals through real world application of the TRiM methodology and of managing significant organisational wide TRiM responses.
In addition, they are experienced facilitators and instructors with formal teaching qualifications. These personal qualities, supported by our high quality learning and teaching resources, allow for the creation of psychological safe learning environments, which are supplemented with a blended learning approach that including presentations, directed learning activities. case studies and action learning groups.
We also encourage our team to develop their own professional knowledge and skills. We currently have two members of our DNA TRiM Learning and Teaching team engaged in PhD and Professional Doctorate research into both TRiM and Resilience in Organisations.
